It’s been a very busy winter for poolHeat 

Although on our Blog page nothing much has happened, behind the scenes there has been a hive of activity. 

Learning a new system is never simple but after help with the fantastic people at Aroflo and some adjustment on our part we have finally done it!

We are happy to say that we are now up and running with AroFlo Service Software.

Each little icon at the top represents a service person, and  each of the items on that persons daily schedule is a client’s job.  

This view is from a desktop computer, but the software is available to the tradesperson via tablet and mobile phone as well. 

By simply double-clicking on the job, the details of each job can be updated, parts can be ordered, and photographs of your job can be stored for future record.

Once work is complete, the job can even be invoiced from the software app on site, making it more convenient for you to receive invoices and pay them than ever before.
